Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that we do not ship outside of the Continental United States and Canada.

U.S.A. Monday – Friday delivery only. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.
Toronto & Area Local deliveries take place Monday through Friday, between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. Same-day delivery is available if the order is received by 10:30 a.m. that day. Any orders placed after 10:30 a.m. will be for next day delivery. We have limited Saturday delivery. Please call (416) 908-3537 for details.
Ontario & Quebec Monday – Friday delivery only. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
Western Canada, Prairie Provinces, The Maritimes & Northern Territories Monday – Friday delivery only. Please allow 4 to 7 days for delivery.

Multiple boxes delivered to a single location are subject to a modest charge. This charge will be adjusted once the number of boxes is determined.
